CORUS Home Page

Your home page display your workflow - items in and items out.

Track your activities and reply or send messages and files. On the left you can access your toolbox - including Calendars, Files, Links and coming soon - add your own customised modules.

Below this you can access your topics. You create a topic and add contacts to share messages, files and links that are related to the topic.

Topics

Topics lie at the heart of CORUS. A topic is a repository for messages, files, links and calendar events. (Much like a folder on a file server). Putting everyone on the same page means decision times can be sharpened and productivity enhanced.

A topic can be about anything. A class project - a shopping list - a forum for a shared interest - a repository for research saved from the net.

The topic wizard makes it easy to create a topic and add contacts in 2 easy steps.

Calendar

Simply drag you mouse over the time slot to create an event. An email is sent notifying your contacts of the event.

Events can be personal or attached to topics. So no need for one calendar for work and work for personal use

Sharing a calendar couldn't be easier.

Files

Upload multiple files at a time. With simple version tracking you can see all the files you are working on - and sharing - on the one page.

Files are displayed as preview thumbnails - visual cues that help speed things up. Document management and sharing is now made easy and intuitive.

Files can be downloaded, deleted or sorted into topics. For added convenience there's a search function.

Links

Ever wanted to store bookmarks in a context that is meaningful.

With our one-click BOOKMARKLET you can save any web site you visit - for personal or shared use with others - by attaching it to a topic.

For example let's say you are doing research on a supplier - first create a topic then save the web pages as you read them and add comments. You can then share that topic with colleagues who can also add to it. Now knowledge can be shared quicker and permanently.

Contacts

On CORUS you can see with one click, all the items you share with that person.

No more searching around for that file or message. Just click the contacts pic and your shared items are displayed.

Inbox

CORUS also offers the ability to access your email from external accounts like webmail or your office email. No need to swap between applications.

Lightning fast access means you can get things done quicker. No more having to log into to many email accounts each time you access your email.

The add email account wizard makes it easy to consolidate your email accounts in 1 easy step.

To-Do List

Each topic also has a To-Do list and Milestone management.
